Poncho: I really don’t like those rubber poncho thingies, but I have like three in my backpack
Sizzle: the sound of rain hitting the hot rocks near a fire. Or something, I guess.
Dingle: People used to use this as an insult. You little dingle. Actually, I don’t think it was people. I think it was just one friend. She’s a weirdo.
Smock: WOOHOO finger painting
Strawberry: I REALLY DO NOT LIKE STRAWBERRIES OKAY. This one time I was strawberry picking as a job, and then it got really rainy and disgusting, so the berries were all rotting and we were all basically sitting in mud and being rained on and it smelled like rotting strawberries (which smells really gross) and then there were earwigs everywhere. There are 2 kinds of bugs I hate: earwigs and June bugs. And there were earwigs. They really weren’t paying me enough for that.
Pancake: I really enjoy making pancakes, especially funky-shaped ones. When my brothers lived with me and my mom I used to sometimes be all nice and make pancakes, and I’d almost always try to do letters. Once I dyed pancake better blue-green-grey and it looked disgusting. Not my brightest idea.
Schnitzel: Maximillian’s
Tinsel: decorating the Christmas tree with my brothers was always really interesting. And messy. And I seem to recall threatening to strangle someone with tinsel one time…
Saccharine: The only thing popping into mind is “WE ALL LIVE IN A YELLOW SACCHARINE” so that’s a thing I guess.
Effervescent: I just really love this word. It’s been my word since I was like 11. Effervescent. It’s such a good word. Effervescent. Luminescent. Evanescent. Words are great. Some words are like sighing, or running, or taking a sip of water while dying of thirst. Words are beautiful.
