03 Foreword

Welcome to a book of angst poems. We got this assignment in Writers Craft, and the day this assignment was introduced I was feeling pretty negative. So when I started writing for it, I wrote some negative and angsty things. Because we are supposed to have a tone or theme that carries through all ten poems, I figured I shouldn’t throw in any oh-boy-life-is-so-great-look-at-that-pretty-flower-in-a-wonderful-world-oh-me-oh-my poetry. So, without further ado, here we go.
